Stash Spot Collections is a collectibles shop. We sell official stock on our catalog and buy collections from members through our sell-to-us service.
Keep your login details safe and give us accurate contact information. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account — please do not share passwords.
Prices are in GBP and shown before checkout. When you pay, you are buying items described on the product page. We pack carefully and post using tracked services where available.
We ship using tracked services where available. Dispatch timing depends on stock and order volume — we confirm progress in your order updates and shipping email. Delivery estimates on product pages are indicative; rural or peak-period delays can happen. If tracking stalls, contact us through your order area with your order reference.
Collectibles are condition-sensitive. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the listing, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and clear photos. We review each case individually and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or return where appropriate. Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed for sealed or graded stock — ask before you buy if you are unsure.
Shop purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Your card is charged in GBP at checkout. We do not store full card details on our servers.
Sell submissions are private quotes — not public listings. Offers are based on photos and descriptions you provide. If you accept a quote, you agree to ship items in the condition shown. We may adjust or decline on arrival if the item differs materially.
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other people's data, or list counterfeit or stolen goods. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
We may update these terms as the shop grows. The version on this page is the one that applies when you use the site.
